THE WATER WEIGHT LOSS METHOD
Weight loss can be a challenge. On the other hand, some people face even bigger physical challenges. Some people have health problems from not weighing ENOUGH. Some regularly deal with painful headaches. Some people are afflicted with a form of narcolepsy known as Excessive Daytime Sleepiness. You can tell what that ailment is like simply from the name. You don’t see any ads or hear any radio commercials for that condition, but you certainly are exposed to lots of radio advertising for products that promise to help you lose weight.
Still, losing weight presents a difficult to achieve goal for many of us. Here are four ways that one of the most common substances in the world — water — can help you lose weight.
1. Drink water frequently, throughout the day. Your body has a continuous need for water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin. Having more water in your body will add to your overall health. This itself will discourage any tendency to gorge. And water has absolutely no calories.
2. Begin your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start your day. After that, you’ll feel the need for a smaller amount of your breakfast drink. A glass of water releases your digestive juices and lubricates the insides of your body. Before you have your morning cup of coffee, drink a glass of water.
3. Before you start each meal, drink a glass of water. Water naturally needs some space in your stomach. So you feel more full without stuffing yourself.
4. While you’re having the meal, drink another glass of water. It will give you that “filled up” feeling faster. You’ll feel satisfied when you get up from the table, even though you’ve eaten less. Take sips between each morsel, rather than drinking it all in one gulp. You’ll get that feeling of being full faster, because it will help the food settle faster.
SIDE NOTE: Water is such a remarkable thing, but seldom do we give it the credit that it deserves. Did you know that two third of your body weight is water? That’s truly amazing!
Water plays a vital role in weight control, which is why I’ve devoted this entire article to it.
